Warranty & Returns

Q: What do I do if I want to return an item ordered directly from the Swimline website?
A: You may return a product within 30 days if it is unused & in original condition/packaging for a full refund less the shipping. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping charges. 

Q: What do I do if I want to replace a defective toy/game/float?
A: If the item was purchased within the year, please email support@swimlinecorp.com with a copy of your receipt and an image of the defective product. Once we have confirmed on our end, please send the item to the below address and include your name, physical address (P.O. Box not applicable), and phone number and a replacement will be sent back free of charge.

Q: Can I receive a refund on a product purchased from a 3rd party? 
A: If you have purchased from a 3rd party, you must return to that original point of purchase for a refund. 


Q: When replacing my Swiming liner that is under warranty, what is the cost to upgrade?
A: Upgrade pricing is as follows:


Change Pattern - $50
Change Thickness - $60
Change Pattern & Thickness - $85


Q: When replacing my Swimline cover that is under warranty, what is the cost to upgrade?
A: It's a $15 fee for each incremental upgrade.


Q: Do I need to register my item for it to be eligible under warranty?
A: Nope! All you need to do is keep a copy of your receipt, so make sure to save it upon purchase.


Q: Is my replacement item covered under warranty?
A: The warranty is based off of the original purchase date and price of the item. 


Q: If I saw the same liner I purchased on sale at another retailer, and I purchased through their channel, can you honor the warranty on that purchase?
A: Unfortunately, all warranties go through us directly and are based on your original purchase price. We do not determine retailer pricing.
