Please read carefully to ensure you will be properly prepared and eligible for a warranty.
SWIMLINE POOL LINER WARRANTY POLICY
This limited warranty covers defects in workmanship causing any liner to separate at its seam during its warranty period. A COPY OF RECEIPT IS REQUIRED TO PROCESS A WARRANTY CLAIM.
WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY NOT COVER?
Mechanical damages (rips, tears, punctures) of any kind are not covered by this warranty. This warranty does not cover damage due to negligence, improper installation, wind or ice, transportation, storage, improper use, failure to follow the product instructions or to perform any preventative maintenance, modifications, unauthorized repair, improper chemical utilization, or external causes such as accidents, acts of God, or other actions or events beyond manufacturer’s reasonable control. Irregularities in printing, fading or damage resulting from acts of others, including improper handling and storage are specifically excluded. This warranty is void if pool is emptied; the pool can be cleaned, no matter how dirty, with the proper filtration and water chemistry).
Swimline will not be responsible for any labor charges, cost of lost water or chemicals, or any other damages that may occur there from. Any claim of defective workmanship or materials should be reported to Swimline as soon as possible.
LINER PROGRAMS
WARRANTY COVERAGE
Swimline pool liners are warranted to be free of defects at their seams for a period of either fifteen (15) or twenty-five (25) seasons, (depending on the warranty program that came included in your liner's package) from the date of purchase on a prorated basis, each season ending December 31st of the calendar year. Replacement under the warranty is as as seen in chart.
